Effective training of scientific and pedagogical personnel and scientific personnel for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (is ensured by the presence of performance factors in the educational environment of the adjunct. To identify these factors, the authors of the article conducted a questionnaire survey at the Military Training Center of the Air Force «Air Force Academy named after Professor N.E. Zhukovsky and Yu.A. Gagarin», located in Voronezh, in which adjuncts, doctoral students and scientific supervisors participated. As a result of the research, social factors contributing to the effectiveness of adjunct studies were identified, as well as negative trends that reduce the effectiveness and efficiency of adjunct and doctoral studies.
