The rapid development of science and technology is leading to the formation of a unified scientific and educational space, where scientific achievements are quickly implemented in the educational process. This article presents a study that has led to the development of recommendations for improving the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Specifically, the article provides a comparative analysis of the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in postgraduate and adjunct programs, examines the organizational and operational model of training adjuncts at the Military Academy of the Air Force (Voronezh), and identifies factors that influence the effectiveness of the adjunct program.
