The study for the first time reveals the prospects for using the hermeneutic approach in training highly qualified scientific personnel, ensuring the perception and understanding of texts of the modern direction – humanitarian-anthropological knowledge (hereinafter anthropology), along with the assimilation of new lexical norms, the corresponding language. The purpose of the work is to demonstrate the application of the hermeneutic approach and its results in the study and understanding of anthropology texts. Research methods: review and analytical methodological reflection of anthropological texts using a hermeneutic approach with the inclusion of tools of logical-semantic and lexical-phraseological analysis. Results of the work: the potential for implementing the hermeneutic approach is determined and the experience of its application in the process of understanding the subject-semantic content of anthropology texts, the lexical structure of the language of their presentation is demonstrated for the first time. The experience is presented, on the one hand, by explaining the procedural side of the hermeneutic approach, characterized by a plurality of progressive proofreading of texts, with reflection on what has been read, aesthetic perception and a critical attitude to their construction using a variety of comprehension techniques that made it possible to achieve extensive interpretations of the subject-semantic content of anthropology. On the other hand, the results of applying the hermeneutic approach are disclosed. They are expressed in understanding the features of the categorical-conceptual structure of anthropology, revealing the value-semantic content of modern education. The stylistic character and linguistic features of the corresponding texts are revealed, with a characteristic syntax, combining expressiveness, emotionality, expressiveness and evaluativeness. In general, the hermeneutic approach made it possible to actualize new conceptual provisions that systematically define the description of educational realities in the context of the development of anthropology. Practical significance: the results of the study can be used in the development of programs of additional professional education in the system of training highly qualified personnel in order to master hermeneutic methodology as the basis of social and humanitarian knowledge.
