DIRECTIONS AND PRIORITIES OF TRAINING SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL IN THE SYSTEM OF SECTORAL POLICIES OF RUSSIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the directions and priorities of the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel within the framework of the system of sectoral policies of Russia. In the tasks of technological leadership, personnel sovereignty, value, sectoral, spatial and strategic planning, work with the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel is becoming one of the key tasks of the state. The research aims to identify the main trends and problems in this area, as well as to develop recommendations for improving existing approaches. The authors consider various aspects of the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, including government programs to support education, the role of universities and scientific institutions, as well as the participation of the corporate industrial sector. Specific examples of successful practices and projects implemented in various regions of the country are analyzed. The results obtained allow us to conclude that it is necessary to further improve the systems of continuing education and sectoral training of scientific personnel, strengthen interaction between different levels of management and enhance business participation in the educational and research process. Measures are proposed to improve the system of continuous staff training, including increasing funding for scientific research, developing the infrastructure and logistical base of educational organizations, introducing modern educational standards and strengthening international and interdepartmental cooperation, developing the infrastructure for training scientific and pedagogical staff, developing a modern network of dissertation councils and interdisciplinary research.
