The development of an information society in which information and the level of its application and accessibility radically affect the economic and socio-cultural living conditions of citizens is inextricably linked with the emergence and development of a new environment in the form of an information space, which, in turn, acts as a substrate for the emergence of digital counterparts, including humans. Their relevance, quantity, complexity and prevalence are simultaneously indicators of the level of development of technological infrastructure capable of providing appropriate opportunities and the level of maturity of the information society in terms of success in mastering a new environment and obtaining and applying new skills.
