The article is devoted to the philosophical, social and ethical understanding of the digital transformation of medicine. Digitalization of medicine as an integral part of the systemic transition of society to the information stage of development requires a conceptual foundation for the adoption of this innovative practice by society. Objectively, the urgent need to use digital technologies in medical research and clinical practice has led to their accelerated implementation, which cannot but cause some wariness on the part of both patients and medical community. The article discusses a number of bioethical issues related to the process of integrating digital technologies into medicine, which may have long-term consequences for humans and society.
