Abstract

The paper addresses the issue of the specificities of management inherent in certain stages of the innovation process. The purpose of the study – to substantiate the applicability of the conventional approach to solving the problems of mobilizing knowledge-intensive industries. The empirical basis of the analysis was the materials of discussions of the problems of agroecological, energy transitions and socio-technical transformations in general. The generalizing idea was the concept of ontologies as a mechanism for algorithmization of interactions within the framework of a mobilization project; the Helical Institutional Development Scheme (HIDS) in combination with the concept of vortex dynamics of the development of science and technology. Put forward: hypothesis 1 – the passage through the stages of the life cycle of a high-tech product is associated with a change in the con-vention types; hypothesis 2 – the distribution of institutional norms in the parameters of the institutional vector of a scientific and production organization determines the type of dominant convention in this working group. A new scientific concept is proposed: «vortex ontology». The main provisions of the theoretical framework necessary for further substantiation of the hypotheses put forward are presented.
