The article presents a general overview of the ways of formation and development of the domestic philosophy of artificial intelligence at the events of the Scientific Council at the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the methodology of artificial intelligence and cognitive research (RAS SCMAI) from the beginning of 2000 to the present. The main sources of the analytical review: meetings of the RAS SCMAI and meetings of the main scientific and theoretical seminar of the RAS SCMAI «Philosophical-methodological and scientific-theoretical problems of artificial intelligence», regional departments and thematic sections, annual conferences «Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence».
